Invoice Splitter is a web-based tool that splits and renames multi-invoice PDF files into individual files using AI.
- 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
Users from any country may sign up; however, due to restrictions from our payment processor, some countries cannot access the paid version of the Service. These users may still use the free limited version.
- 3. Accounts and Access
You may use our free limited Service without creating an account.
To access the paid version, you must sign in using Google OAuth. We do not offer email/password or other sign-up methods.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and preventing unauthorized access.
- 4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any illegal or unlawful activity.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling our Service.
- Uploading harmful, malicious, or virus-infected files.
- Spamming or engaging in disruptive activity.
- 5. File Handling Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for the content of files you upload.
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI processing, invoice recognition, or renaming.
- You are responsible for reviewing processed files before using them.
- 6. Pricing and Refund Policy
All paid payments are prepaid.
- 7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
- 8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or other consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service at our discretion.
